Guinjata Bay Mozambique

Mozambique is a beautiful and tropical country catering to both families, couples and young people alike. The Inhambane District is packed with beautiful beaches and one of these is Guinjata Beach. It is just before Paindane therefor it is in a stunning area.

Guinjata beach turns into a lively spot around holidays. The beaches are filled with students and families alike.

Accommodation ranges from luxury to camping and everything inbetween. Almost all the houses and lodges are right up against the beach so it is easy to find a spot with a amazing ocean view.

This beach is very popular for watersports. In the mornings there are always people launching their jet ski’s. You don’t have to go out very deep to find a fishing spot as there is a reef close by.

There are also a couple of sport fishing boats that can be seen pulling out species such as Dorado, Barracuda, King Fish, tuna, Sailfish, Marlin and many more. Guinjata also has a selection of equipped and experienced fishing charters.

Guinjata Dive centre or Jeff’s Dive centre is a must visit when in the area if you are a diver. Guinjata is an excellent diving spot and is widely recommended.

On the beach itself are 3 restaurants. I would highly recommend Guinjata Bay Dive Centre Bar. You can enjoy an ice cold 2M with your toes in the sand enjoying the ocean view.

What more can you ask for?
